Activating a License

Purchase a plan at bazadevelopers.com/baza-live-chat-pricing-plans
Go to your account dashboard and copy the license key
Go to Baza Live Chat — Settings — License
Paste the key and click Verify

The license is verified against your domain automatically. One Starter license covers 1 site. One Pro license covers 3 sites.

Clearing License Cache

License status is cached for 12 hours. If you just upgraded your plan and features are not yet unlocked, click Clear cache & re-verify to force an immediate re-check.

License Not Working?

If your license shows as invalid after a correct purchase — try the following:

Make sure you copied the full key without extra spaces
Click Clear cache & re-verify
Check that your domain matches the one used at purchase
