    Create an application password

    In wp-admin open BAZA Booking, General Settings, App.

  2. 02

    Enter your details in the app

    Site address, username and the application password.

  3. 03

    Test the connection

    One tap, and your bookings appear.

The app always connects over https.

Access

You decide who gets the app

Administrators can use the app right away. To give a manager access, turn on App access in Manager Permissions. It is off by default.

Honest answers

What do I need to use the app?

A smartphone, and your own WordPress site with Baza Booking Calendar active. The app connects to your site with an application password.

How does the app get my bookings?

The app talks to your own website through the Baza Booking Calendar REST API. You enter your site address and an application password.

Is the connection secure?

The app always connects over https and uses a WordPress application password, so you never enter your normal login password.

Who can use the app?

Administrators. Managers can use it too when you turn on App access in their permissions. It is off by default.

Can I create and change bookings in the app?

Yes. You can create a booking, change its status and see its details and activity log.

Who calculates the prices?

Your website. The app asks your site for the price, so totals match what your customers see.

Is there an Android app?

The iPhone app comes first, and an Android app is coming too.

Where can I download the app?

Use the App Store and Google Play buttons on this page. A button marked Coming Soon is not available yet.
