Honest answers
Which languages does chat booking work in?
The assistant talks to the visitor in their own language, and the Book now button label follows the browser language. The button is available in English, Russian, Ukrainian, German, Polish, Portuguese, Slovak, Czech, Spanish, French, Italian and Dutch.
Can the AI book a slot that is already taken?
No. Free slots and prices come live from the Baza Booking Calendar, and double bookings are checked before saving.
What happens after the visitor books?
The booking is created with the Pending status, exactly like one made in the admin panel. The visitor gets a payment link by email and a Pay now button in the chat, and you get a Telegram message.
Which payment methods can I use?
Any gateway you have set up in Baza Booking Calendar: Stripe, PayPal, Square, Paddle, Revolut, Mollie, SumUp, Klarna, Przelewy24, BLIK, iDEAL, LiqPay and Monobank.
Who pays for the AI?
You do, directly to the provider you choose. Google Gemini has a free tier. A typical cost is a fraction of a cent per message.
Is my customers' balance safe?
Only logged-in customers see their balance, and they confirm the payment with a 6-digit code sent to their email. Anonymous visitors never see any balance.
Are there any limits?
Yes. One service per booking made in the chat. You can edit or confirm the booking afterwards in Baza Booking Calendar.
Is this in the free version from WordPress.org?
No. Chat booking is a Pro feature and needs Baza Booking Calendar to be active.
