Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Baza Developers. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://bazadevelopers.com and the purchase and use of our products.

By purchasing our product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or products.

1. General Provisions

Baza Developers is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Kolmakov O. V. (Tax ID: 3002920353), registered at Tarasa Shevchenka Blvd, 38, 119, Kyiv, 01032, Ukraine.

We sell digital products globally. To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Licensing

Upon purchasing our products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.

  • License Keys: Licenses are valid for a specific number of sites as defined in your chosen plan.
  • Updates & Support: Your license grants you access to automatic updates and technical support for a period of one year (unless a lifetime plan is purchased).
  • Software Ownership: All intellectual property rights for our products remain with Baza Developers.

3. Payments and Billing

We use Stripe as our Merchant of Record. Stripe is the authorized reseller of our products and handles all customer service inquiries and returns related to payments.

  • By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate and complete Full Name, Email, and Phone Number.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe‘s infrastructure.
  • Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until the next renewal period.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a transparent 14-day refund policy. If you experience technical issues that our support team cannot resolve, or if the product does not meet your needs, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase.

5. Support Services

Support is provided via email at or through our website.

  • Support is limited to the functionality of our products.
  • We do not provide support for third-party themes, other plugins, or custom coding not related to our products.
  • We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 business hours.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Baza Developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our software.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license and access to updates if we find that you have violated these Terms, including but not limited to:

  • Unauthorized redistribution of our products.
  • Fraudulent payment activity.
  • Abuse of our support staff.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kyiv, Ukraine.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify customers of significant changes via the email address provided during purchase.
