Welcome to the Baza Developers Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit https://bazadevelopers.com, purchase our products, use our mobile applications, or communicate with us.

1. Data Controller and Contact Information

Baza Developers is operated by BAZA PRODUCTION s. r. o. (Company ID/IČO: 57656142), with its registered office at Gorkého 205/3, 811 01 Bratislava-Staré Mesto, Slovakia (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).

As a data controller, we determine the purposes and means of processing personal data. For any questions regarding your data, please contact us at or via our Contacts Page.

2. Personal Data We Collect

We collect and receive information about you in several ways:

  • Registration and Purchase Data: To process your order for our products and manage your license, we collect your Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number. This information is mandatory to identify the license holder and provide customer support.
  • Service & Support Data: We may collect information about your website URL, WordPress installation details, and server configuration when you request technical assistance.
  • Financial Data: Payments are securely processed through our merchant of record, Stripe. When you subscribe or purchase, Stripe collects your billing details (name, address, payment card info). We do not store or have access to your full credit card details.
  • Technical & Usage Data: We use Google Analytics to automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and website navigation patterns to improve our user experience. This applies to our website only, not to our mobile applications – see Section 3 below for what our apps collect.

3. Our Mobile Applications

This section covers the Baza Booking Calendar mobile app (iOS and Android). The app is a client for the Baza Booking Calendar WordPress plugin already installed on your own website – it does not have its own separate backend or user accounts.

  • What the app stores on your device: the website address, WordPress username, and WordPress Application Password you enter in the app’s Settings screen. These are stored in the device’s encrypted, app-private storage (iOS Keychain / Android EncryptedSharedPreferences) and are never readable by other apps.
  • Where your data goes: the app connects directly from your device to your own WordPress site’s REST API over HTTPS, using the credentials above. Booking, client, and calendar data you view in the app comes from – and stays on – your own website. Baza Developers does not receive, store, or have access to this data on our own servers.
  • No analytics, ads, or trackers in the app: the app itself does not include Google Analytics, advertising SDKs, or any third-party analytics or tracking libraries, and does not share data with third parties.
  • Push/local notifications: the app may check your site periodically for new or ending-soon bookings while open, to show you an in-app alert. This uses the same connection and credentials described above – no separate data collection is involved.
  • Deleting your data: removing the app, or clearing the site/username/password in Settings, deletes everything the app stored on your device. Your booking and client data continues to live on your own WordPress site, governed by your own site’s data practices, independent of the app.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Under the GDPR and similar international laws, we process your personal data based on the following:

  • Contractual Necessity: Processing your name, email, and phone number is required to fulfill our contract with you (delivering our products and managing your license).
  • Consent: When you voluntarily contact us or subscribe to updates.
  • Legitimate Interests: To analyze website performance via Google Analytics and maintain the security of our platform.

5. Age Restriction (18+)

Our Website, mobile applications, and Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

6. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information with trusted third-party processors necessary for our business operations:

  • Stripe: For secure payment processing and tax compliance.
  • Google Analytics: For website traffic analysis (website only – not used in our mobile apps).
  • IT Services: For managing our email servers and technical infrastructure.

Our mobile applications do not share data with any of the above processors – see Section 3 for what the apps do.

7. Data Retention and International Transfers

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. BAZA PRODUCTION s. r. o. is registered in Slovakia (EU); some of our support and development staff may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), so your data may in some cases be accessed or processed by our team from outside the EEA. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your information to the same standard as within the EEA.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your residency (e.g., EU/UK/USA), you have the following rights:

  • Right to Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data (“Right to be forgotten”).
