Baza Helper
Baza Helper is the WordPress site toolkit for everything that is not content. Faster images, cleaner SEO, safer logins, and translation you control.
One plugin replaces a stack of single-purpose ones, with one calm admin screen: WebP and AVIF images, page cache, critical CSS and Google Fonts optimization, technical SEO with an on-page SEO panel, analytics with a cookie banner, 301 redirects with a 404 monitor, a link checker, a menu builder, login protection and security headers, backup and migration, database cleanup, a dev and staging mode, and a diagnostics report. Most tools have their own switch, and a tool you turn off is not loaded at all.
Write once, then publish in every language. Connect the AI models and translation services you already use, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DeepL, Google Translate and more, with your own keys, and Baza Helper translates pages, posts and categories for you. It picks the right service for each text, works through the queue in the background with WP-Cron, and adds a Translate this page button to the block editor bar. A spelling check and a translation prompt you can edit keep the result sounding like your brand.
Keep your theme in step with Git. Point Baza Helper at your repository, add a read-only token if it is private, and the site checks for new commits on a schedule and installs them, with a saved copy of the previous version and a one-click roll back. Your keys are stored encrypted, nothing is sent to us, and you decide which administrators may use the plugin at all.
The Only WordPress Toolkit You’ll Ever Need
Speed up your website, improve SEO, strengthen security, and manage translations, all from one powerful plugin. Optimize images with WebP and AVIF, tune cache and fonts, add analytics with a cookie banner, manage redirects, protect logins, automate backups, translate content with AI, and much more. No plugin overload. Just the tools you need, all in one place.
Powerful Modules
Everything a WordPress Site Should Have, Built In. Baza Helper isn’t a bundle of loosely attached extras. Every module here removes a task you would otherwise do by hand, or replaces a plugin you would otherwise install, and most of them can be switched off when you do not need them. This is what a WordPress site toolkit looks like when it is built for how you actually run a website.
Translation
Translate pages, posts, categories and custom post types with the AI models and translation services you connect. Smart choice of service, an editable prompt, a WP-Cron queue, a spelling check, and a button right in the block editor bar. Translations are linked to the original when Polylang or WPML is active.
SEO Panel & Technical SEO
A focus keyword checklist, readability analysis, search and social previews in every page, post and custom post type, plus sitemap, robots.txt, canonical and robots controls, structured data and social tags.
WebP & AVIF Images
Make WebP and AVIF copies of your images and serve the best format each browser supports, from the dashboard or with WP-CLI. Originals stay untouched. Replace the file of an image in the media library and keep its ID, alt text and URL.
Cache & Optimization
Page cache, lazy images, deferred scripts and server rules for a faster site, with diagnostics that show what your server supports. Critical CSS is generated in your browser, other styles load after the first screen, local files can be merged, and a browser-cache check confirms that images, fonts, CSS and JS get a long lifetime. One Rebuild button clears everything stale.
Redirects & 404 Monitor
Create 301, 302 and other redirects, match by exact address, prefix or regular expression, import and export them, and see which missing pages people ask for. A redirect can be made automatically when an address changes.
Security
Login protection, hardening switches and security headers, with a log of what was blocked and the addresses that are locked out right now.
Backup & Migration
Save your site as an archive, download or restore it, and move it to a new address with the old URLs replaced for you. Drag and drop an archive to import.
Git Theme Updates
Keep your theme in step with its Git repository. A scheduled check finds new commits, installs them, saves a copy of the previous theme, and rolls back in one click. Private repositories need only a read-only token.
Analytics & Consent
Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity, with a consent-first approach: scripts load only after the visitor agrees, unless you decide otherwise. Includes a customizable multilingual cookie banner that folds into a small icon after the choice.
Link Checker
Find wrong-language and out-of-date internal links and fix them in one click.
Database Cleanup
See what can be removed, such as revisions, transients and orphaned data, with a preview before anything is deleted.
Dev / Staging Mode
Mark a copy of your site as not live, keep search engines out and avoid sending real emails, so a test site never gets mixed up with the real one.
Menu Studio
A drag-and-drop menu builder with mega panels, languages and templates. Works with any theme: print it with a shortcode or a template function.
Access & Data
Choose which administrators may use the plugin. When you delete Baza Helper you decide whether its data is removed too.
Sliders & Backgrounds
Sliders and backgrounds that do not slow your first screen, with built-in support for Elementor. Images are served as AVIF or WebP, the first picture is preloaded, and the others wait their turn. On phones you can turn the slider off: the first picture shows at once and the rest are never downloaded. Desktop stays as designed.
Google Fonts
Load only the fonts you use. Add display=swap, connect to Google early, keep only the weights you list, and drop families and italics that your CSS never mentions. Duplicate preconnect hints are removed. Works with every theme and page builder.
Scripts and styles
Leave out what a page does not need. Scan the home page, see every script and style grouped by plugin, theme or external host with its size, and tick the ones to skip, for the whole site, the home page only or a path. Themes, plugins and builders are all covered, and editors, previews and the admin are never touched.
Custom CSS & JavaScript
Add your own CSS and JavaScript in a code editor, placed in the head or footer. Choose where each snippet runs and for whom: the whole site, chosen pages, or only logged-in visitors.

WordPress site toolkit
frequently asked questions
Baza Helper is a WordPress site toolkit: one plugin with image formats, cache and speed, Google Fonts, technical SEO, analytics with a cookie banner, redirects, security, backup and migration, database cleanup, translation, Git theme updates and more. Most tools can be switched on or off on their own.
WordPress 6.5 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer. Some tools depend on your server, for example WebP and AVIF conversion needs an image library that can write those formats. The Diagnostics tab shows what your server supports.
Yes. Most tools have a switch on the dashboard. A tool that is off is not loaded and its tab disappears.
It covers the technical SEO most sites need: sitemap, robots.txt, structured data, social tags, canonical and robots settings, and an SEO panel in the editor for pages, posts and custom post types. If another SEO plugin already controls the metadata, Baza Helper detects it and avoids duplicate output.
Enter a focus keyword and you get a live checklist: the keyword in the SEO title, meta description, URL, opening paragraph, subheadings and image alt text, keyword density, text length, and title and description length. A readability analysis looks at sentence and paragraph length, subheadings and sentence variety. You also get search and social previews.
Baza Helper makes WebP and AVIF copies of your images and serves the best format the visitor’s browser supports. Your original files stay untouched. You can run it from the dashboard or with WP-CLI.
Yes. Replace the file of an image in the media library and it keeps the same ID, title, alt text and URL, with sizes and WebP or AVIF copies made again.
It adds a page cache, lazy images, deferred scripts and server rules, and it shows what your server supports. Critical CSS is generated in your browser so the first screen paints early, other styles load after it, local files can be merged, and a browser-cache check confirms that images, fonts, CSS and JS get a long lifetime. One Rebuild button clears everything stale.
Yes, with any theme or page builder. It can add display=swap, connect to Google early, keep only the font weights you list, and drop families and italics that your CSS never mentions. Duplicate preconnect hints are removed. Fonts from your own server and icon fonts are never touched.
Yes. In the Scripts and styles tab, scan the home page to see every script and style grouped by plugin, theme or external host with its size, then tick the ones to skip, for the whole site, the home page only or a path. Editors, previews and the admin are never touched. Check the page afterwards: a file that looks unused may run a popup, a form or a menu.
Yes. Slideshow backgrounds are served as AVIF or WebP, the first picture is preloaded, and the others wait their turn. On phones you can turn the slider off: the first picture shows at once and the rest are never downloaded. Desktop stays as designed. The Elementor tab also shows what Baza Helper already does for the site.
Baza Helper can create a 301 redirect automatically so the old address keeps working. The Redirects tab also supports other redirect types, regular expressions, groups, import and export, and a 404 monitor.
Yes. The Link checker finds internal links that point to the wrong language or to pages that moved, and fixes them in one click.
Yes. Menu Studio is a drag-and-drop menu builder with mega panels, languages and templates. It works with any theme: print the menu with a shortcode or a template function.
You connect one or more AI models or translation services, choose the languages, and translate a page from the block editor bar or queue pages, posts and categories in bulk. Only the visible text is translated: your layout, links and images stay as they are. The translation is saved as a draft or pending item, linked to the original when Polylang or WPML is active.
AI models: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Mistral, DeepSeek, xAI, Groq, OpenRouter, Ollama, and any OpenAI-compatible address. Translation services: DeepL, Google Cloud Translation, Microsoft Translator and LibreTranslate. You use your own account and key for each.
By default it chooses automatically: short texts such as titles go to a translation service, and long page text goes to an AI model that keeps the voice and the markup. If you prefer lower cost, translation services come first. A service that cannot write a language is skipped, and if one fails the next takes over. You can also fix one service for everything.
Yes. The standard prompt is a good start and you can edit it in the Translation tab, with a button to restore the standard text. You can also set a tone and a list of words that must never be translated, such as brand names.
Keys are saved encrypted on your server and are never shown again or sent to the browser. They are used only when you ask for a translation or a spelling check, and the text goes only to the service you connected.
No. A translation is created as a new draft or pending item. An existing translation is replaced only if you turn on the Replace an existing translation option.
Yes. Pages, posts, custom post types, and categories, tags and other taxonomies can all be translated, one by one or through the queue.
Yes. In the block editor bar, choose Check spelling. An AI model you connected proofreads the page, lists the mistakes, and you fix them one by one or all at once.
Enter your repository address and a branch or tag. Baza Helper asks the repository for the latest commit with the standard Git protocol over HTTPS, and when it changes, WP-Cron downloads and installs it. Before every update a copy of the current theme is saved, and Roll back puts it back.
Yes. Add a read-only access token, for example a fine-grained token with Contents: read on GitHub, or a deploy token on GitLab. The token is stored encrypted and is sent only to the host of your repository.
The theme folder is replaced as a whole, so changes made directly to theme files on the server are not kept. Automatic updates start only after you have installed the theme from the repository by hand once, so a wrong address can never replace a working theme on its own.
Login protection, hardening switches and security headers, with a log of what was blocked and the addresses that are locked out right now. It adds protection but does not replace regular backups or updates.
Yes. Backup & migration saves your site as an archive and, on import, replaces the old address with the new one in your content and settings. Importing replaces the current site content, so Baza Helper keeps a copy of the database first.
Yes. Custom CSS & JavaScript gives you a code editor for snippets placed in the head or footer. Choose where each snippet runs and for whom, such as the whole site, chosen pages or logged-in visitors, and exclude pages by ID.
It marks a copy of your site as not live: a visible badge, search engines kept out, and no real emails or payments sent, so a test site never gets mixed up with the real one.
Only if you turn it on. You can add Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity, and by default the scripts load only after the visitor consents.
Yes. It is a small window in the corner of the screen that appears while analytics is on and consent is required. Choose its size, spacing, colors and corner, decide which switches start on, and write the wording once per language. Polylang, WPML and the built-in translations are picked up automatically. After a choice it folds into a small cookie icon that visitors can click to change their mind. Nothing is sent before they decide.
Administrators. You can allow every administrator or only the ones you choose. If access is ever lost, a line in wp-config.php gives every administrator access again.
The admin is translated into German, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Slovak and Ukrainian. Other languages fall back to English.
No. Nothing is sent to Baza Developers. The only outside requests are to the services you connect yourself, such as an AI model, a translation service, a Git host or an analytics provider, and only when you use those tools.
You choose. In Access & data, a switch decides whether settings, redirect rules, saved backups and generated files are deleted with the plugin. Your posts, pages and uploaded media are never touched, and deactivating the plugin removes nothing.
