Additional Services Reservations is an admin dashboard that shows, in real time, which additional services (equipment, accessories, add-ons like microphones, bikes, private rooms, and so on) are already booked, when they’re booked, and how much availability is left.
By default, each time slot accepts only one booking. This setting allows multiple clients to book the same slot simultaneously – ideal for businesses with multiple units, zones, or group sessions.
The Additional Services feature allows you to include extra items or professional services in the booking form — such as equipment, props, or specialists (e.g., operators, sound engineers, makeup artists, and others).
These options expand the capabilities of your booking system and give clients more flexibility when customizing their reservations.
Services are the core bookable entities in the plugin – a room, a specialist, a piece of equipment, or any other resource that can be booked by the hour. Each service has its own settings that override the global defaults when needed.
