Additional Services

The Additional Services feature allows you to include extra items or professional services in the booking form — such as equipment, props, or specialists (e.g., operators, sound engineers, makeup artists, and others).
These options expand the capabilities of your booking system and give clients more flexibility when customizing their reservations.

Creating Additional Services

Additional Services are created manually in the corresponding menu section of the system.
Each Additional Service includes the following parameters:

  • Name – The title of the service.
  • Image – An optional image representing the service.
  • Price – The cost associated with the service.
  • Maximum Quantity – The highest number of units available for this service.
  • Excerpt – A short description of the service.
  • Category – The category under which the service is listed.

During the booking process, users can see all the entered details for each Additional Service (except for the maximum quantity).
There is also a single field that allows clients to choose the number of hours for the selected service.

If a quantity selection field is not available for Additional Services, this can be managed by creating multiple services for each quantity option.
For example, if a studio rents out projectors in amounts from one to three, you would create three separate services:

  • Projector – 1 unit
  • Projector – 2 units
  • Projector – 3 units

Creating Additional Service Categories

Creating Categories for Additional Services allows you to organize and filter them more efficiently in the booking form.
Categories are also created in the corresponding menu section and include the following fields:

  • Name – The title of the category.
  • Description – An internal description (not displayed to clients).
  • Single Item Option – When enabled, this option allows clients to select only one Additional Service from that category.

Display in the Booking Form

Once Additional Services have been created, a corresponding field will automatically appear in the booking form.
When users click this field, they will be able to view and select available Additional Services to add to their reservation.

The booking information will include a separate section listing all selected Additional Services, ensuring clear records for both clients and administrators.
