Imagine changing thousands of products with one message
Prices, stock, attributes, variations, categories: ask any AI chat for the change, and it waits as a proposal that you read and approve. A whole team can work at once, each person in their own chat.
- Pro package only
- Nothing changes by itself
- Works with any AI chat that can send a request
- Prices and stock
- Variations
- Attributes
- Categories and order
- Roll back
A big catalog, a big team, no safe way to change it
Too many products to change by hand
A catalog with thousands of products and categories. A new price, a stock count or a renamed attribute means opening every product, or exporting a spreadsheet and hoping nothing breaks.
An import changes more than you meant
A spreadsheet import writes whatever is in the file. One wrong column or an old copy, and prices are wrong across the whole shop, with no list of what changed.
Many people, many tools
Marketing changes prices, the warehouse changes stock, an editor rewrites descriptions. Each works in a different place, and the changes overwrite each other.
Every language, every product
Descriptions, categories and attributes in several languages drift apart as the catalog grows.
No record of who changed what
When a price is wrong you cannot see who changed it, when, or what it was before.
A whole team, each one in their own chat
Marketing, the warehouse, editors and SEO specialists each ask their own AI chat for the change they need. Every request arrives over a secure connection (an application password) and waits as a proposal in one list, with the name of who sent it.
- One list with a count in the header, for every person and every chat
- Each proposal shows who sent it, and why
- Several proposals for one product work together
- "Apply all" works through the waiting proposals, oldest first
See exactly what changes, before it goes live
Each proposal is a card with the product, the fields it changes and the difference line by line. Nothing changes until you press Apply.
Prices, stock and the rest are written through WooCommerce itself, so the sale price, the stock status and the product lists stay right.
- Regular and sale price, sale dates, SKU, stock and backorders
- Weight, size, shipping class, tax and visibility in the catalog
- Categories, tags, attributes, upsells, cross-sells and the gallery
- New products, made as drafts with their price and stock
Variable products, without opening each variation
One proposal can change the price and stock of many variations, add a new one or take one away. The price range of the product follows.
- SKU, price, sale, stock, size, tax class, image and attributes of every variation
- Global and custom attributes, with their values and default choices
- A variation that was removed comes back with its number when you roll back, so orders keep their link
Thousands of products, moved in one request
Move products between categories, file them under several, or put them in the order of the list: the shop sorts by that number, so a product can be moved to the front.
- Categories, tags and other product groups: add, remove or replace
- The place of a product in the list of its type
- Every change is a card you can open and compare
And back again, prices included
Every applied change keeps the values it replaced, in the journal. "Roll back" puts the old prices, stock and categories back, and removes the variations the proposal added.
If someone changed the price by hand after the proposal was made, "Apply" refuses and offers to apply anyway. Their work is not overwritten.
- The journal shows who sent each change and who applied it
- "Roll back" refuses in the same way if the product changed afterwards
The same shop, with a safety net
| Without Content Review | With Content Review |
|---|---|
| You open products one by one or import a spreadsheet | One request makes one proposal for any number of products |
| A wrong column changes prices across the shop | You see the difference before anything changes |
| Marketing, the warehouse and editors overwrite each other | Every change from every chat waits in one list |
| Nobody knows who changed a price | The journal shows the sender and the decision |
| Going back means another import | "Roll back" restores the old values |
Made for shops with a lot of products and a lot of people
A shop with a large catalog
Seasonal sales, price rises and stock moves across thousands of products become one request that you can read and approve.
A team of many people
Each person works in their own chat. All the changes wait in one list with a count in the header and the name of the sender.
An agency that runs shops for clients
Proposals, the journal and Roll back give you a record of what changed in each client shop.
What it needs, and what it is not
The Pro package
Content Review, with its WooCommerce fields, is in the Pro package. Nothing changes until you press "Apply".
An application password
Each person or script connects with the application password of a user who may edit others' posts, from any AI chat that can send a request. A Setup screen explains how and checks the site.
WooCommerce
WooCommerce must be active. Products, variations and attributes are changed through WooCommerce's own functions, so prices, stock and the product lists stay right.
What it is not
- It is not an assistant: it does not decide prices or write text. It receives proposals from the assistant or script you connect and makes applying them safe.
- It does not change anything on its own. A proposal changes a product only after "Apply".
- It does not make or delete the attributes themselves (such as Color), and it does not handle orders, coupons or reviews.
Questions before you start
Can it really change thousands of products?
A proposal can carry as many changes as the assistant sends, and "Apply all" works through the waiting proposals in batches. We do not promise a number of products: the speed depends on your server.
What shop data can it change?
Prices and sale dates, SKU, stock, weight and size, tax, shipping class, categories and tags, attributes, variations, upsells, cross-sells, the gallery, the descriptions and the order of products. New products are made as drafts.
Does it change my shop by itself?
No. A proposal changes a product only after you press "Apply".
Which assistant can I connect?
Any assistant or script that can send an HTTP request with an application password. The site owner chooses it; no specific product is promised.
Can many people on my team use it at once?
Yes. Each person connects an assistant with the application password of a user who may edit others' posts. Every proposal shows its sender, all waiting proposals are in one list, and several proposals for one product work together.
Can I undo a change?
Yes. The journal keeps the values that were replaced, and "Roll back" restores them. A new product is moved to the trash. It refuses if the product changed afterwards.
What if someone edited the product after the proposal?
"Apply" refuses and offers to apply anyway, so that edit is not overwritten by accident.
Is my shop data sent anywhere?
The tool itself sends nothing out. The assistant you connect reads and sends through your own site, and the site owner chooses that assistant.
Let your whole team run the shop from a chat
