What the module transfers automatically
The migration module reads the data structure from easyReservations and carries it into Baza Booking Calendar in the same shape it worked in before. That includes the full booking history with dates, statuses, and customer links, equipment records with their specs and availability schedules, the customer database with contact details and order history, and any active discounts or promotions that were already set up.
If the site has custom integrations, for example with payment systems or external services, we review those separately and either carry over equivalent functionality or find a matching replacement inside BBC.
How the switch actually works
The whole process is built so the studio doesn’t feel the switch in its day-to-day work. First, we deploy Baza Booking Calendar on a staging environment and run the data migration there, checking that every booking and every equipment card came through correctly. Then we agree on a switch date with you and run the final migration at night, when site traffic is at its lowest. By morning, the site is already running on the new system with all the data in place.
