Baza Helper
Baza Helper is the WordPress site toolkit for everything that is not content.
Faster images, cleaner SEO, safer logins, and translation you control. One plugin replaces a stack of single-purpose tools: WebP and AVIF images, page cache and critical CSS, technical SEO, analytics with a cookie banner, redirects, a link checker, a menu builder, security, backup and migration, and more. Each tool has its own switch, and a tool you turn off is not loaded.
Connect the AI services you already use, such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or DeepL, with your own keys. Baza Helper translates pages, posts and categories in the background through WP-Cron, with a spelling check and an editable prompt.
Keep your theme in step with Git. Point Baza Helper at your repository, and it checks for new commits on a schedule, installs them and keeps the previous version for a one-click roll back. You decide which administrators may use the plugin.
Choose Your Plan
Compare the available plans and choose the best option based on the features you need, the license period, and the number of websites. Start with the right solution and expand the plugin’s capabilities as your project grows.

Powerful Modules
Everything a WordPress Site Should Have, Built In. Baza Helper isn’t a bundle of loosely attached extras. Every module here removes a task you would otherwise do by hand, or replaces a plugin you would otherwise install, and most of them can be switched off when you do not need them. This is what a WordPress site toolkit looks like when it is built for how you actually run a website.
Content Review
Checks articles, products and pages for missing descriptions, images, translations and broken editor blocks.
DocumentationSearch Insights
Connects Google Search Console to your site, keeps the data in your own database and answers questions: pages that lose clicks, queries that compete, pages close to page one, indexing status. Your AI assistant reads the answers through a read-only key or an MCP address.
DocumentationUnused Images
Finds media files that are not referenced by posts, fields, widgets or site settings, then shows a preview, size and available usage details.
DocumentationDirect HTML Delivery
Serves stored pages straight from the web server without starting PHP. Install the rules from the Cache & Optimization tab and check the server first.
DocumentationInternal Links
Finds phrases in your articles that match the titles, focus keywords and your own phrases of other articles, in every language of the site, and suggests a link for each.
DocumentationCustom CSS and JavaScript
Add your own CSS and JavaScript in a code editor, placed in the head or footer.
DocumentationJourney Analytics
See the path a visitor took to a form entry: pages, clicks, scroll depth and steps. Build funnels and goals from it.

Builds the critical CSS of each page type so the first screen appears before the rest of the styles load.
DocumentationRemove Unused CSS
Remove unused CSS replaces each stylesheet that your visitors load with a shorter copy, made from what your pages really use.

Translate pages, posts, categories and custom post types with the AI models and translation services you connect.
DocumentationCache and Optimization
Caches eligible pages, warms published URLs in small WP-Cron batches and can serve stored HTML before WordPress renders the page again.
DocumentationWebP and AVIF Images
Creates WebP and AVIF copies in background batches and serves them only when the browser supports them.
DocumentationSEO Panel and Technical SEO
Combines page-level SEO controls with technical ownership tools.

Protects WordPress logins with failed-attempt limits and temporary IP locks, then adds separate hardening controls for common exposure points.

Sends the email of your site (orders, bookings, password resets, forms) through your own mail server, so it reaches the inbox.

frequently asked questions
Baza Helper is a WordPress site toolkit: one plugin with image formats, cache and speed, Google Fonts, technical SEO, analytics with a cookie banner, redirects, security, backup and migration, database cleanup, translation, Git theme updates and more.
WordPress 6.5 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer.
Yes. Most tools have a switch on the dashboard.
It covers the technical SEO most sites need: sitemap, robots.txt, structured data, social tags, canonical and robots settings, and an SEO panel in the editor for pages, posts and custom post types.
Enter a focus keyword and you get a live checklist: the keyword in the SEO title, meta description, URL, opening paragraph, subheadings and image alt text, keyword density, text length, and title and description length.
Baza Helper makes WebP and AVIF copies of your images and serves the best format the visitor’s browser supports.
Yes. Replace the file of an image in the media library and it keeps the same ID, title, alt text and URL, with sizes and WebP or AVIF copies made again.
It adds a page cache, lazy images, deferred scripts and server rules, and it shows what your server supports.
Yes, with any theme or page builder. It can add display=swap, connect to Google early, keep only the font weights you list, and drop families and italics that your CSS never mentions.
Yes. In the Scripts and styles tab, scan the home page to see every script and style grouped by plugin, theme or external host with its size, then choose which files to skip across the whole site, on the home page only or on a specific path.
Yes. Slideshow backgrounds are served as AVIF or WebP, the first picture is preloaded, and the others wait their turn.
Baza Helper can create a 301 redirect automatically so the old address keeps working.
Yes. The Link checker finds internal links that point to the wrong language or to pages that moved, and fixes them in one click.
Yes. Menu Studio is a drag-and-drop menu builder with mega panels, languages and templates.
You connect one or more AI models or translation services, choose the languages, and translate a page from the block editor bar or queue pages, posts and categories in bulk.
AI models: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Mistral, DeepSeek, xAI, Groq, OpenRouter, Ollama, and any OpenAI-compatible address.
By default it chooses automatically: short texts such as titles go to a translation service, and long page text goes to an AI model that keeps the voice and the markup.
Yes. The standard prompt is a good start and you can edit it in the Translation tab, with a button to restore the standard text.
Keys are saved encrypted on your server and are never shown again or sent to the browser.
No. A translation is created as a new draft or pending item.
Yes. Pages, posts, custom post types, and categories, tags and other taxonomies can all be translated, one by one or through the queue.

The theme folder is replaced as a whole, so changes made directly to theme files on the server are not kept.
Login protection, hardening switches and security headers, with a log of what was blocked and the addresses that are locked out right now.
Yes. Backup & migration saves your site as an archive and, on import, replaces the old address with the new one in your content and settings.
Yes. Custom CSS & JavaScript gives you a code editor for snippets placed in the head or footer.
It marks a copy of your site as not live: a visible badge, search engines kept out, and no real emails or payments sent, so a test site never gets mixed up with the real one.
Only if you turn it on. You can add Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity, and by default the scripts load only after the visitor consents.
Yes. It is a small window in the corner of the screen that appears while analytics is on and consent is required.
Administrators. You can allow every administrator or only the ones you choose.
The admin is translated into German, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Slovak and Ukrainian.
No. Nothing is sent to Baza Developers. The only outside requests are to the services you connect yourself, such as an AI model, a translation service, a Git host or an analytics provider, and only when you use those tools.
You choose. In Access & data, a switch decides whether settings, redirect rules, saved backups and generated files are deleted with the plugin.
Yes. Messenger alerts send a message to Telegram, WhatsApp or Viber when a form is sent, a user registers, a comment or a WooCommerce order comes in, or someone is locked out of the login.
Yes. Email (SMTP) sends orders, bookings, password resets and form messages through the mail server you enter, so they reach the inbox instead of the spam folder.

It checks articles, products and pages for missing descriptions, images, translations and broken editor blocks.
