Export and Import Live Chat Settings

The Import / Export tab saves all Baza Live Chat settings to one JSON file. Use it for a backup or to set up a second site the same way.

Where to find it

Open the Baza Live Chat settings page and go to the Import / Export tab.

Export

Press the export button. The plugin downloads all settings as a JSON file.

Telegram credentials, API keys and the license key are not included in the file. Enter them again on the new site.

Import

Choose the JSON file from your computer and press import. The plugin shows a message when the settings are loaded.

Import replaces the current settings. Export the current settings first if you may need them back.
