Geo Tracking & Visitor Log

Geo tracking logs visitor activity — country, IP address, and the page they are on — and sends a notification to Telegram on the first daily visit per IP. The full visitor log is available in the admin panel. Available on Starter and Pro plans.

Go to Baza Live Chat — Settings — Geo Tracking.

Enable Geo Tracking

Check Send country + IP + page to Telegram on unique visit and save. On the first unique visit per day from each IP address, Telegram receives a notification with the visitor’s country flag, country name, IP address, and the page URL.

Administrator accounts are excluded automatically — tracking only applies to non-logged-in visitors and non-admin users.

Visitor Log

Go to Baza Live Chat — Visitors Log to see all tracked visits. The log shows IP address, country, page URL, user agent, and visit timestamp. You can block any visitor directly from this page with one click.

How Country Detection Works

The plugin uses the ip-api.com free API to resolve the country from an IP address. The result is cached for 7 days per IP — no repeated API calls for returning visitors. Bots and crawlers are automatically excluded based on User Agent and IP range detection.
