License Key and Updates for Live Chat

The License tab shows whether your Baza Live Chat license is active and which plan it covers. Enter the key once, and the plugin keeps the plan up to date.

Get your key

Find the license key in your account on the Baza Developers site after purchase.

Enter the key

Open the License tab, paste the key and press save. The page shows License active with your plan.

If the page says the key was not found or the site is not authorized, check the key and contact support.

Key in wp-config.php

The key can be set in the site file wp-config.php instead. In that case the License tab says it is set there, and the key cannot be changed from the admin. Ask your developer or hosting provider to add it.

Remove the key

Press Delete license to remove the key from this site. The plugin asks you to confirm first.
