GDPR Notice

The GDPR module displays a consent notice at the bottom of the chat widget with a link to your Privacy Policy. The notice must be dismissed by the visitor before they can type a message.

Go to Baza Live Chat — Settings — GDPR.

Enable GDPR Notice

Check Display consent notice in chat widget and save. The notice will appear at the bottom of the chat window on every visit until the visitor closes it.

Notice Text

The consent text shown before the Privacy Policy link. You can use {link} as a placeholder — it will be replaced with a clickable link automatically.

Example with placeholder: By chatting here, you agree to our {link}.

If no placeholder is used, the Privacy Policy link is appended at the end of the text automatically.

Link Text

The clickable text for the Privacy Policy link. Default: Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy Page

Select the page on your site that contains your Privacy Policy. The link opens in a new tab. If no page is selected, the link points to #.
