Static Mode: Show the Chat Inside the Page

By default the chat is a floating button in the corner of the screen. Static mode shows the chat inside the page content, at the place where the widget is printed.

Turn it on

Open the Baza Live Chat settings and turn on Static mode. The chat is then shown inline, in the page layout.

Where it appears

The chat is printed only on the pages you choose in the widget settings. Check the page after you turn static mode on, because the layout depends on your theme.

Floating or static

Use the floating button for most sites. Use static mode when you want the chat to be part of a contact or support page.
