Working Hours

Working Hours let you define when your team is available. Outside the set schedule, the chat widget automatically switches to offline mode — the subtitle in the chat header changes to show your working hours instead of the usual online status.

Go to Baza Live Chat — Settings — Widget.

Setting Up Working Hours

  1. Select the day range (e.g. Monday — Friday)
  2. Set the time range (e.g. 09:00 — 18:00)
  3. Click Save Settings

Leave the time fields empty to disable working hours — the chat will always show as online.

Online / Offline Status

Within working hours the chat header shows the subtitle you configured in Settings — Widget — Subtitle (e.g. We are online). Outside working hours the subtitle is automatically replaced with the working hours schedule — for example: Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00.

Offline Message Prefix

You can add a custom text shown before the working hours in the offline subtitle. Configure it in Settings — Widget — Offline Message.

Example: set We are offline. — the widget will display: We are offline. Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00.

Offline Operator Message

When a visitor requests an operator outside working hours, a custom message is shown instead of connecting them to a live agent. Configure it in Settings — Widget — Offline Operator Message.

Default: Our team is currently offline. We will get back to you during working hours.

How It Works with AI

When working hours are set and the team is offline, the AI Assistant continues to reply normally. Only operator requests are blocked — the visitor receives the offline operator message instead of being connected to a live agent.
