Auto Questions
Auto Questions are preset messages shown as clickable buttons when the chat opens. The visitor taps a button — the question is sent automatically after a 1-second typing animation. This drives engagement from the first second without requiring the visitor to think of what to ask.
Go to Baza Live Chat — Settings — Auto Questions.
Adding Questions
- Click Add Question
- Type the question text
- Repeat for each question you want to add
- Click Save Settings
Click the trash icon next to any question to remove it.
Shuffle Order
When enabled, questions are shown in a random order on each page load. Only one question is displayed at a time — chosen randomly from your list. Useful when you have several questions and want to rotate them so visitors see different options.
How It Works
When the chat opens and no conversation has started yet, one question is shown as a button styled as an operator message. When the visitor clicks it, the question is sent as a visitor message after a 1-second typing animation — exactly as if they had typed it themselves. The AI assistant or operator then responds normally.
