IP Blocking

IP blocking lets you prevent abusive or unwanted visitors from using the chat. Blocked visitors see a custom message instead of the chat input. Blocking takes effect in real time — no page reload required.

Block from Sessions Log

  1. Go to Baza Live Chat — Chat Sessions
  2. Find the session you want to block
  3. Click Block next to the visitor’s IP

Block from Visitors Log

  1. Go to Baza Live Chat — Visitors Log
  2. Find the visitor
  3. Click Block

Block Manually

  1. Go to Baza Live Chat — Blocked IPs
  2. Enter the IP address in the Block IP manually form
  3. Optionally add a reason
  4. Click Block

Unblock an IP

  1. Go to Baza Live Chat — Blocked IPs
  2. Find the IP in the table
  3. Click Unblock

Blocked Message

The message shown to blocked visitors in the chat widget. Configure it in Settings — Texts — Blocked Message. Default: Sorry, you have been blocked from this chat.
