IP Blocking
IP blocking lets you prevent abusive or unwanted visitors from using the chat. Blocked visitors see a custom message instead of the chat input. Blocking takes effect in real time – no page reload required.
Block from Sessions Log
- Go to Baza Live Chat – Chat Sessions
- Find the session you want to block
- Click Block next to the visitor’s IP
Block from Visitors Log
- Go to Baza Live Chat – Visitors Log
- Find the visitor
- Click Block
Block Manually
- Go to Baza Live Chat – Blocked IPs
- Enter the IP address in the Block IP manually form
- Optionally add a reason
- Click Block
Unblock an IP
- Go to Baza Live Chat – Blocked IPs
- Find the IP in the table
- Click Unblock
Blocked Message
The message shown to blocked visitors in the chat widget. Configure it in Settings – Texts – Blocked Message. Default: Sorry, you have been blocked from this chat.
