Waiting Message

When enabled, a waiting message is shown in the chat after the visitor sends their first message. It reassures them that the message was received while they wait for a reply. The waiting message disappears automatically when the operator replies.

The waiting message text is configured in the Texts tab under Waiting Text.

By default, a small Powered by Baza Developers link appears at the bottom of the chat widget. Starter and Pro license holders can uncheck this option to remove the branding.
