Access and data: who can use Baza Helper and what happens on delete
The Access & data tab (Baza Helper > Access & data) has two jobs: decide who may use the plugin, and decide what is removed when the plugin is deleted.
Who can use the plugin
By default every administrator is allowed. Choose Only the administrators chosen below and tick the people who may use it. The administrators are listed one per row.
- An administrator who is not allowed does not see the Baza Helper menu and cannot run any of its actions.
- You cannot lock yourself out: the person saving is always kept.
- If access is ever lost, add
define( 'BAZA_HELPER_ACCESS_ALL', true );to wp-config.php and every administrator has access again.
When the plugin is deleted
Delete all Baza Helper data when the plugin is deleted is on by default. When it is on, deleting the plugin removes:
- all settings and options,
- the redirect rules, the 404 list and their tables,
- scheduled events,
- backups saved on this server, generated images and caches,
- the security block in uploads/.htaccess,
- per-page SEO fields.
Posts, pages, media files you uploaded and the theme’s own settings are never touched. Deactivating the plugin removes nothing. Switch the option off to keep everything when you delete the plugin.
