Baza Helper dashboard and tool switches
The Dashboard is the first screen of Baza Helper. It lists every tool as a card with a switch, so you load only what your site needs. A tool that is switched off is not loaded at all and loses its tab.
What you see on the dashboard
- Summary tiles: how many tools are active, whether this site is live or in development mode, and how many scheduled tasks are overdue.
- One card per tool: an icon, a short description, status chips, an on/off switch and an Open button that goes to the tool’s tab.
- Updates card: a Check for updates button on self-hosted builds of the plugin.
Switch a tool on or off
- Open Baza Helper in the admin menu. The Dashboard opens first.
- Find the card of the tool and use its switch. The tab appears in or disappears from the side navigation at once, without a page reload.
- Press Open on the card to change the tool’s settings.
These tools have a switch: Menu studio, Images (WebP / AVIF), Cache & Optimization, Site icon & manifest, Link checker, Content Review (Pro package), Custom CSS & JS, Dev / staging mode, Database cleanup, Backup & migration, Replace image, Security and Redirects. Technical SEO, Analytics & verification, Diagnostics and the page SEO panel are always on.
Pause everything
When a page breaks and you do not know which plugin is to blame, use the Pause everything switch. It rules Baza Helper out in one click, so you can see whether the problem is still there. Switch it off again and every tool returns with its settings intact.
Find a setting fast
The search field at the top filters the tabs, and it also finds single settings, card titles and dashboard cards. Type a few words: all of them must match the label, hint, placeholder or options. Press Enter or click a result and Baza Helper opens the tab, unfolds the accordion, scrolls to the setting and lights it up for a moment. The arrow keys move through the list.
The left navigation has these groups, in order: Overview, Performance, SEO & analytics, Content, Developer and Licence. Content holds Menu, Translation, Call to action, Cyrillic to Latin, Find and replace, Shortcode blocker, Content Review (Pro package only) and Unused images (Pro). Developer holds, in the Pro package only, also Custom CSS & JavaScript.
Saving and the admin look
- Press Save changes in the bar at the bottom, or use Ctrl+S (Cmd+S on a Mac). If you try to leave with unsaved changes, Baza Helper warns you first.
- The screen has a light, a dark and an automatic scheme. The choice is kept in your browser.
- Results and errors appear as short pop-up notices, not as text beside the buttons.
Admin bar shortcuts
Administrators with access to Baza Helper also get a Baza Helper item in the WordPress admin bar. In Pro it also shows a yellow count of Content Review proposals waiting for a decision, with a line that opens them. It has Clear all caches, Delete expired transients and Refresh permalinks, a link to the Cache tab and, on the site itself, a PageSpeed Insights link for the page you are viewing. Clearing all caches empties the Baza Helper page cache, asks WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, Autoptimize, SiteGround and LiteSpeed caches to clear when they are present, and flushes the object cache.
Who can use Baza Helper
By default every administrator can open it. You can limit it to chosen administrators in Access & data. See the article about access and data deletion.
