Bookings

All bookings, regardless of their status, appear in this list.

Clients cannot cancel or edit their bookings on their own. However, administrators have full control to modify or cancel bookings.

The Bookings page in the admin panel contains all the necessary information for creating, managing, or reviewing booking details, depending on the settings.

Bookings created manually in the admin panel are identical to those made through the form, except that they do not generate a payment link and do not require payment.

Only published bookings are recognized and processed by the system.

Each booking has a specific status.

The booking title (when received from the calendar form) essentially serves as an identifier. This identifier is also sent to the client. If administrator intervention is required, the client can provide this identifier to make it easier to locate the booking. Additionally, when viewing the calendar as an administrator, each occupied slot includes a direct link to the booking edit page.

Each new booking or any change in booking status triggers a notification sent to the Telegram bot, the administrator’s email, and the client’s email (if the corresponding settings are enabled).

Booking Statuses

Booking status changes automatically depending on the payment status in the banking system or through manual administrator action. When using MonoBank as a payment gateway, the status update time is at least 5 minutes.

Pending: The booking has been received and is awaiting payment, payment confirmation (in automatic mode), or an admin status update. Booking slots with this status are temporarily unavailable for new reservations and display a corresponding icon. In the admin panel, they are marked in yellow.

Reserved: The booking has been received, and the payment has been confirmed (or the status was manually changed by the administrator). Slots with this status become permanently unavailable (unless manually changed), display a corresponding icon in the calendar, and are marked in green in the admin panel.

Cancelled: Cancelling a booking reopens the slots in the calendar for new reservations, keeping the old booking record for reference only. It is marked in red in the admin panel.

Completed: (Additional status) Bookings with this status were previously marked as Reserved but are older than six months. They are stored for statistical purposes and to simplify certain internal processes.

Expired: Similar to Completed, except these were originally Pending bookings.
