AI Content Review: scan content, review proposals and roll back changes

Content Review gives an AI assistant or your own automation a safe way to work with WordPress content. The connected assistant can analyze supported posts, pages, products and documentation, then submit focused proposals instead of editing the live site. A scan never edits a post, and an AI proposal changes nothing until an authorized user reviews and applies it.

Run a content scan

  1. Open Baza Helper > Content Review.
  2. Open Scan report and start a new scan.
  3. Wait while posts, pages, products and documentation are checked in batches.
  4. Use the problem and language filters to review the results.

The report can identify empty excerpts or SEO descriptions, missing featured images, missing or outdated translations, long dashes, damaged JSON escapes and invalid or unrecognized editor blocks. The scan is read-only and keeps its latest report for the next visit.

How AI works with Content Review

Content Review is not an AI model and does not write text by itself. You connect an AI assistant or a script through the protected Content Review API. The assistant reads only the content allowed by its WordPress user, checks grammar, meaning, SEO, translations or another task you give it, and sends proposed changes back to the approval queue.

  • The AI can propose a new title, content, excerpt, SEO description or featured image, or prepare a new article as a draft.
  • Focused content operations let it replace one exact passage, update repeated text or add material after a chosen heading without rewriting the entire page.
  • You see the reason, source and exact difference before deciding whether to apply or reject the proposal.
  • The site owner chooses the AI service. Content Review itself does not send content to an external provider.

Review proposals before applying them

The Proposals view is an approval queue. Each card shows the affected item, language, fields, reason and source. Open Changes to inspect the focused diff, then choose Apply or Reject. Use Choose image when a proposal needs a featured image.

  • Apply all processes waiting proposals in small batches and follows the active type filter.
  • If the post changed after the proposal was created, Content Review reports a conflict instead of silently overwriting newer work.
  • A new article is created as a draft. Translation proposals wait until their original article exists.

The scan compares translated content when the multilingual setup stores each language as its own post. It can report missing translations and translations older than the original. Queue translations sends an original item to the configured translation queue. A link proposal can connect existing posts that belong to one translation group.

Journal and rollback

Every applied proposal is recorded in Journal. Open the entry to see what was changed and use Roll back when the previous value must be restored. Rollback also checks for later edits and refuses to overwrite them without warning. Rolling back a proposal that created an article moves that draft to the trash.

Connect an assistant

Open Setup for the site-specific instructions that you can give to the AI assistant you choose. Create a dedicated WordPress user or use an appropriate existing user, generate an Application Password and keep the supplied connection file private. The assistant can read supported content and submit proposals, but it cannot bypass the WordPress permissions of that user. It never receives permission to apply its own proposals.

Good to know

  • Content Review checks stored content. It cannot confirm every visual editor warning or the final layout in a browser.
  • Inline translation systems that keep every language inside one post cannot be compared as separate translations.
  • Review links, prices, shortcodes, forms and visual layout after applying a content change.
  • Content Review is available in Baza Helper Pro.
