List Columns for WordPress: Edit Content from Admin Lists

List Columns adds configurable fields and inline editing to WordPress lists for posts, pages, products, media, terms and users. It helps you review and update many items without opening every editor. This Pro feature loads its assets only on lists that contain an enabled column.

Choose where columns appear

Open Baza Helper, find List Columns in the Content group and enable it. Choose a post type, taxonomy or the user list. Each screen has its own column setup, so a product catalog and a page list can show different information.

Add and configure a column

Choose a column type, enter its heading and set its width, position, visibility, editing, sorting and required capability. Available types include featured image, custom field, image, gallery, terms, menu order, status, author, excerpt and slug.

Edit values in the list

Click an editable cell to change its value. Text can be saved from the cell, switches and choices update directly, and image or gallery fields use the WordPress media library. Selected rows can receive the same supported value in bulk, and the changed cell offers an undo action.

Permissions and safe editing

Every row is checked against WordPress permissions before saving. Protected custom fields require explicit permission, and unsupported image data is not overwritten. Use the capability setting when a column should be visible or editable only to selected roles.

Good to know

Sorting is available for supported types. Image values keep their existing storage format, including IDs, URLs and supported arrays. List Columns is available in Baza Helper Pro.
