Customers

The Customers page gives you a single place to see everyone who has booked with you, their balance, loyalty tier, rating, and booking history, without digging through individual bookings.

Two lists

The page has two tabs:

  • Registered Users, customers who created an account (customer dashboard role)
  • Clients, everyone else, collected automatically from bookings by email, even if they never registered an account

Both lists show the same columns: name, email, phone, balance, number of bookings, last booking date, and loyalty tier. Loyalty tier appears directly in the list as text, for example “Gold, VIP membership status 15%”.

Customer rating

Every customer has a 1 to 5 star rating, set to 5 by default. You can lower it from the customer’s side panel to flag customers who need attention, no-shows, chargebacks, difficult bookings.

The rating colors follow the customer everywhere they appear: a colored bar on the left of the customer list, a highlighted cell in the bookings list, and a colored border on the booking popup and the customer’s side panel. A 5-star rating doesn’t highlight anything, color only appears once a rating drops below 5, so at a glance you can spot customers worth watching without scanning every row.

Customer side panel

Clicking a customer opens a side panel with everything in one place:

  • Balance, current balance with manual top-up or deduction
  • Details, star rating, total amount paid, registration date
  • Personal Info, name, last name, email, phone
  • Notes, an admin note field, visible only to your team
  • Discount, a personal discount percentage that applies to this customer specifically, on top of any other discounts they qualify for
  • Blocking, a toggle to block the customer from booking, with a required reason field
  • Activity, recent activity for this customer shown inline, with a link to view their full history

Actions from the list

Each row has quick actions: edit, open the customer’s calendar, block, and delete. Blocking asks for confirmation before it takes effect.

What customers see

Registered customers see their own balance and personal discount reflected automatically in their account dashboard and at checkout, they don’t see their own star rating or your admin notes, those stay internal.
