Content Review: Settings for Pictures from the Assistant
The AI assistant can hand in a picture: a file from your computer or a picture downloaded from an address. The picture waits on the Proposals tab with its alt text, and it enters the media library only when you press Apply. These settings decide which pictures are accepted at all. They are on the Setup tab of Content Review.
Step 1: Open the Setup tab
Go to Baza Helper > Content Review and open the Setup tab. Scroll to the section Pictures from the assistant.
Step 2: Choose the ways a picture may arrive
- Tick Allow pictures sent as a file from the computer to accept files that the assistant uploads directly.
- Tick Allow pictures downloaded from an address to let the assistant pass an internet address. The site then downloads the picture itself.
- Untick a box to refuse that way of sending pictures.
Step 3: Limit the domains for addresses
Under Only from these domains, write one domain per line, for example images.example.com. Subdomains are accepted. If the field is empty, a picture can come from any public address. Private networks and this server are always refused.
Step 4: Set the largest size
In Largest picture, MB enter a value from 1 to 50. The default is 8. A bigger file is refused.
Step 5: Save and check the user rights
Save the settings. The user the assistant works with needs the right to upload files. The Editor role has it.
What is accepted
- JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP and AVIF. SVG is never accepted.
- A picture up to 12000 pixels on the longer side and 60 megapixels in total.
- Empty files and files that are not pictures are refused.
Apply a picture
Open the Proposals tab. A picture arrives as a proposal of the type Picture upload. Check the preview and the alt text, then press Apply. Reject removes the waiting file. The picture is then available as a featured image, in a product gallery, as the picture of a category or inside a text.
