AI Content Review for WordPress: Update Existing Pages Safely
Most WordPress sites have hundreds of pages with missing descriptions, old prices, empty image alt texts or broken translations. Fixing them by hand takes weeks. AI Content Review lets an AI assistant find these gaps and suggest the fix, while you keep full control: nothing changes on the site until you press Apply.
What the assistant can suggest
- A new title, excerpt, SEO description or body text, or a replacement of one phrase in the text.
- A new order of posts in their list, categories and tags.
- Alt text and captions for pictures in the media library.
- The name, description and picture of a category or tag.
- Product changes, such as prices, stock, attributes and variations.
How it works
- Connect your AI assistant with an Application Password of a user who may edit posts. Baza Helper shows the setup steps on the Setup tab.
- The assistant reads your content and sends proposals. Each proposal shows the current text, the new text and who sent it.
- Open the Proposals tab, read the changes and press Apply, or Reject the ones you do not want.
- If something goes wrong, press Roll back. The journal keeps the values that were replaced.
Why it is safe
- The assistant cannot publish anything. A proposal changes a page only after you press Apply.
- If someone edited the page after the proposal was made, Apply refuses and offers to apply anyway, so no edit is overwritten by accident.
- Every change is written to a journal, and a change can be rolled back.
- Pictures sent by the assistant wait as proposals and enter the media library only after Apply.
Typical tasks
- Fill in missing meta descriptions across a large site.
- Add alt text to pictures that have none.
- Update outdated prices or dates in product descriptions.
- Check translations and fill in the ones that are missing.
