Content Review assistants: users, passwords and stored data

Content Review is a Pro tool. An AI assistant that prepares proposals signs in as a WordPress user with an Application Password. The Assistants tab makes that user and its password for you, shows who has access, and closes the access when the work is done. The Stored data card on the Setup tab shows what Content Review keeps in your database.

Add a user for an assistant

  1. Open Baza Helper > Content Review > Assistants. The tab is shown only to users who may create and delete users, normally administrators.
  2. Under Add a user for an assistant type a User name, for example content-review, and an Email that no other user has.
  3. Choose the Role: Editor (can change every post) or Author (only its own posts).
  4. Press Add the user and make a password.
  5. Copy the password from the box that appears. It is shown once and is not kept anywhere on the site.

If you lose the password, press New password and use the new one. Give the user name and the password to your terminal as described in the guide Content Review Setup: Connect an AI Assistant, from step 4. Never paste the password into a chat.

Manage the users

The list shows the users made on this tab: user name, e-mail, role, whether the user is active or blocked, the number of passwords and when one was last used. Users created elsewhere are not listed.

  • New password adds one more Application Password and shows it once. The older passwords keep working.
  • Revoke passwords deletes all Application Passwords of the user. The user stays and can get a new password.
  • Block stops the user from signing in, closes its open sessions and makes its Application Passwords stop working. The passwords are kept, so Unblock gives the access back with one click.
  • Delete removes the user after you confirm. Its posts go to your account. You cannot delete your own account here.

When the work is done, block the user for a pause or delete it to close the access for good.

Stored data

Everything Content Review works with is kept in your own WordPress database. Baza Helper keeps no copy on its servers. The assistant you connect is a separate service: what it reads and keeps follows its own terms.

Open the Setup tab and find the Stored data card. It is shown to users who can manage the site settings.

  • Last scan report: the result of the last scan, kept as one option, with the number of problems and the date. Delete the report removes it. Run a new scan to get another.
  • Proposals and journal: the proposals and the journal of what was applied, kept as private records that nobody can open from the site. The line shows how many are waiting, applied, rejected or undone. Delete the finished removes every proposal that is not waiting. Delete everything removes all of them, also the waiting ones, after you confirm.

Changes that were already applied to your posts stay as they are. Only the records of them are deleted, so they can no longer be undone from the journal. Delete the journal only when you do not need to roll back.
