Bookings Table: Filters, Columns and Bulk Actions

The bookings table lists every booking with its date, client, service and status. Use filters and bulk actions to handle many bookings in one go.

Where to find it

Open the Bookings page in the plugin’s admin menu.

Filter the list

Set Created from and Created to to see bookings made in a period, or Booked from and Booked to for bookings on those dates. Choose By service to show one service only, and search by client name, phone or e-mail.

Sort and columns

Sort by Booking date: newest or Created: oldest first. Use Columns to choose what to show, and drag the columns to reorder them. Auto-refresh keeps the list up to date while you work.

Change many bookings at once

Select the bookings and use Change status…. Deleting is different: Delete selected bookings? asks you to confirm, and a deleted booking cannot be restored from the table.

Open a booking

Click a booking to see its details, or open its invoice from the list.
