Paying for All Parts of a Booking

A booking can be split into several parts, for example several days or sessions. The booking form then lets the client decide how to pay.

What the client sees

The booking form shows the checkbox Pay for all parts now.

• Ticked: the client pays for all parts at once.
• Unticked: only the first part is paid now, and a payment link for each later part is sent to the client by e-mail.

What to tell your clients

Explain the choice on your site. A client who leaves the box unticked must pay each later part through its own link, so the link should reach them before the part starts.

The payment window of each link is set in the payment settings. Check it when clients often pay later.
