Reminders Before a Booking

Reminders are e-mails sent before a booking starts, so the client does not forget and you can prepare in time. They are available on a plan that includes reminders.

Where to find them

Open Settings, then Messages, then the Messages tab, and find the section Reminders before event.

Client reminder

Tick Remind client and set Client reminder (minutes before). The default is 60 minutes.

Admin reminder

Tick Remind admin and set Admin reminder (minutes before). The admin gets the reminder for each booking.

If a reminder is not sent, check that the booking is confirmed and that WP-Cron runs on your server, because reminders are sent on a schedule.
