Time Zone, Date Format and 12-Hour Time

Three System settings decide how dates and times look and when a day begins. They apply to the calendar, the admin and the notifications that the plugin sends.

Where to find them

Open Settings, then General, then the System tab.

Time zone

The Timezone sets the clock for the calendar: which day is today, when a slot starts and ends, and when a payment link runs out. Leave it on WordPress to follow the time zone in Settings, General. A city such as Kyiv or Berlin is better than a fixed UTC offset, because a city follows daylight saving time. A fixed offset does not change with it.

Date format

Date format replaces the date format of WordPress for this plugin only. Use PHP date characters, for example d.m.Y or m/d/Y. Leave the field empty to keep the WordPress setting.

12-hour time

Turn on Show time as 12-hour (AM/PM) to show times such as 2:30 PM. This changes only the display. Bookings are still stored the same way.
