Minimum Time Before a Booking

The minimum time before a booking decides how close to the start of a slot a client can still book it. After that time the slot is no longer offered.

Where to find it

Open Settings, then General, then the Calendar tab.

Set the minimum time

Enter the number of minutes in Minimum time before a booking, minutes.

• A value of 0 lets clients book right up to the last minute.
• A value of 60 stops offering a slot one hour before it starts.
• A value of 120 stops offering a slot two hours before it starts.

The setting applies to the slots that clients see in the calendar. It does not change the bookings that already exist.
