Viber Notifications: Connect a Bot for Booking Alerts

Viber can receive booking alerts from a bot you create. Once it is connected, the plugin sends notifications to the Viber chat you choose.

Where to find it

Open Settings, then Messages, then the Messengers tab, and find the Viber block.

Create the bot and get the token

Create a Bot Account in Viber and copy the token from its account page. Tick Status in the Viber block and enter the Viber token.

Connect Viber

Test it

Make a test booking and check that the alert reaches Viber.
