Maximum Available Period for Booking

The maximum available period is how far ahead a client can book, counted in days from the current time. Days beyond that period are not offered in the calendar.

Where to find it

Open Settings, then General, then the Calendar tab.

Set the period

Enter the number of days in Maximum available period for booking. The period is counted from the current time, not from midnight.

Use a period that matches how far ahead your business plans. A short period keeps the calendar tight. A long period lets clients plan well ahead, but more of the calendar stays open for changes.

The setting affects new bookings that clients make. It does not cancel or move the bookings that already exist.
