Export and Import Settings and Data

The Import / Export tab saves your plugin data to a file and loads it back. Use it for a backup or to move the setup to another site.

Where to find it

Open Settings, then the Import / Export tab.

Export

Choose the sections to export, then press Download Export. You can export:

• Settings: all plugin settings for payments, notifications and general options
• Services: all services with their schedules and data
• Clients: client accounts with their rating, discount and balance
• Bookings: all bookings with customer data
• String Translations: translated form strings, field labels and content languages

Sections marked sensitive contain personal data. Tick Exclude API keys and payment credentials if the file will leave your control, so that keys are not written into it.

Import

Drop a .bbc file into the area, or click it to choose the file. Only files exported from this plugin are accepted. Then choose the sections to import and press Import.

Importing can overwrite the current settings and data. Make an export of the current site first.
