Prices for Single Hours: Set a Price for Each Hour

The Hourly Price panel of a service sets a price for each hour of the day. A client who books 9:00 to 10:00 then pays the price of that hour, not the service’s usual rate.

Where to find it

Open Services, choose the service and find the Hourly Price section in its settings.

Set the hourly prices

The Hourly price tab lists every hour of the working day. Enter a price for each hour you want to charge differently. An empty field means that hour uses the price that applies otherwise.

Set a second hourly price

The Hourly second price tab sets a second rate for each hour, used for the second price of the service. The field shows the first price as a hint, so you can see the difference.

The panel notes that the hourly cost has a lower priority than the Second price of the service. Set the second price when you need a different rate after a certain number of hours.

Which price applies

  • The base price of the service is the starting point.
  • A weekday price from the schedule replaces the base price for that day.
  • A price for a particular hour applies to that hour. If the weekday price is also set, the weekday price applies to the whole day.
  • Services that are sold as a full day ignore the hourly prices and the second hourly price.

Parts of an hour

If an hour is split into parts, the price of the hour is divided by the number of parts. For example, an hour priced at 60 split into two parts costs 30 per part.

Check the prices in the booking form after you save. Make a test booking for a few hours to see that each hour takes the price you set.
