Send an Invoice for a Booking

When a client chooses to pay by invoice, the booking records the request. The booking panel then shows two buttons: Download invoice and Send invoice.

Download or send

• Download invoice saves the invoice as a PDF.
• Send invoice emails it to the client. The button shows only for bookings with a requested invoice.

Check the status

A booking that asked for an invoice but has not received one shows an Invoice not sent badge. Use Send invoice to fix it.

The invoice is written in the language you choose. Check the company and bank details in the settings before you send the first invoice.
